• Cholesterol Screening- The last Friday of every month. Cost: $25.00 • Blood sugar screening: $5.00 • Free Blood Pressure checks at our office. If we come to your home cost would be $10.00 • Free BMI and fat percentage • Dental Screenings ages 0-12 years old-free • Radon Kits $5.00 • Health fairs

o Annual health fair at our office is in the fall o Seasonal flu shots given o Blood Pressures taken o BMI taken o Door prizes and many brochures available o Come join the fun

• Foot clinics: Assessment of your feet by an RN and nail cutting.

o This is the last Thursday of every month. o Cost is $20.00 at our office o Cost is $25.00 if we come to your home

• Women’s Diabetic Program

o Cost is free for educational classes and information o This is now open for both women and men o Screening for blood sugar is part of this program

• Smoking Cessation Classes:

o Do you want to quit smoking? o Information and assistance given o Cost $20.00 for material and 6-8 sessions classes

• Immunizations for your employees. Cost various according to what is needed • Brochures on many topics • Chronic Disease Program

o Sessions for support for patients, caregivers or friends offered o Cost $20.00 for supplies and video

• CPR instructions and renewal

o Cost: $45.00 new o Renewal: $25.00

• First Aid Course

o Cost: $25.00

• Healthy Home Presentation: Free

o Offers tips on home safety o Environmental concerns

• The Iowa Breast and Cervical Cancer early Detection Program

o Three important ways to stay healthy

• Do a monthly self breast exam • Regular pap tests, pelvic exam and breast exam • Yearly mammogram if age 40 or over

o You might be eligible to receive cancer screenings test at no cost through this program

• Pat test, pelvic exams, breast exams • Limited diagnostic tests • Over the age of 40 • No health insurance or insurance that does not cover these services, • Cannot pay insurance deductibles or co-payments • Meet the financial guidelines for monthly income and expenses • Please call for more information
